You’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and authenticity. I am also honest and direct when needed. I notice patterns gently, reflect things back clearly, and stay with you when emotions feel complicated or stuck.

There’s space here for seriousness and humour, for insight and for “I don’t know.” You’re welcome to show up in your comfiest sweatpants, with your guarded parts, your dry humour, and your messiness. What matters to me is that we create a space where you feel able to be yourself. We’ll move together at a pace that respects your nervous system and your capacity in the moment. We’ll let trust unfold over time.


I don’t approach therapy as a way to fix you, but as a process of helping you access your own insight and inner wisdom. I am, however, active and supportive in the work. Sometimes my role is to witness and to listen without judgment. Other times, I’ll offer practical tools, psycho-education, or strategies to help you feel more grounded and able to navigate what’s coming up between sessions.
