  • Many people! Some come with a specific concern they want to work through. Others are looking for support with anxiety, low mood, relationship patterns, or a sense of feeling stuck or disconnected. Many come simply because something doesn’t feel quite right, and they want a space to explore that with care.

  • My current rate is $80.00 while I am awaiting registration with BCACC. These low cost sessions cannot be covered by insurance.

    Once I am a registered clinical counsellor (RCC), notice will be given about a rate increase and some insurance plans may then cover sessions.

  • It varies from person to person. Some people come for a short period around a specific issue, while others choose to stay longer for ongoing support. Many people start with sessions every two weeks, though this depends on your goals, preferences, and budget. We’ll check in regularly and adjust as needed.

  • This is so, so normal. You don’t need to arrive calm, confident, or with everything figured out. Wear your favourite sweats, take a breath, and come as you are. We’ll go at your pace.

  • You don’t need to prepare, but you’re welcome to bring anything that feels helpful. Our first appointment usually gives us a big picture idea of who you are and how you’re hoping therapy can help.
